About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Delle Venezies, in the historic Triveneto area of northeastern Italy. Cool Alpine winds and a maritime influence shape the climate, which suits grapes with bright acidity and clean aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently processed straight away. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at low temperatures, to preserve the freshness and lightness of the natural bouquet.
Label / history
"Decordi" is a range of still and sparkling wines showcasing 9 Italian wine regions. It is named after the winery's founders, the Decordi family.
