About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 40-year-old vines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation lasts 20 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for three years in Slavonian oak barrels, with the final few months spent in second-use French oak barrels.
