About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the hillsides around the village of Alimato, in the commune of Montefredano, Campania. The slopes there are well suited to growing Fiano.
Vinification
After pressing, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
Ageing
Fermentation in steel is followed by 14 months of ageing in bottle.
Label / history
The wine takes its name from the village of Alimato.
