About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit is blended from the estate’s youngest vineyards. Careful vineyard management is central to the estate’s work.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in modern stainless-steel tanks, preserving bright fruit and freshness.

Ageing

The wine matures for two years in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by at least six months in bottle.

Tasting profile

The 2020 vintage is elegant and balanced, with juicy fruit, subtle spice, and light notes of tobacco and minerals. Its tannins are firm yet smooth.

Label / history

Production is limited. The Cogno family has made wine for four generations, passing its traditions from father to son. The estate operates from a historic winery equipped with modern technology.
