About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The approximately 1-hectare vineyard lies within the municipality of Barolo. Sandy soils characterize the area close to the Cannubi subzone, while the ground becomes more compact on the slope overlooking the hill of La Morra. The exposure is southwest, and the vines were planted between 1975 and 1977.
Grapes
100% Dolcetto.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation proceeds in contact with the skins for approximately 15 days.
Ageing
The wine is refined for several months in stainless steel, preserving the variety’s freshness and aromatic fragrance.
