About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The red grapes are grown in the municipality of Rocca, on clay soils in the San Giovanni hills at approximately 150 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the middle third of October and gently pressed. After brief skin contact, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by further ageing in bottle.
