Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Abruzzo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in cement tanks under strict temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by several months in cement vats and in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.

Label / history
The wine was created to celebrate Cantina Frentana’s 60th anniversary. It received a gold medal at Mundus Vini 2018, a gold medal at the Berliner Wein Trophy, and a bronze medal at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards 2019.
