About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards face south-east at elevations of 400–600 m. Their mixed calcareous-marly soils are dominated by sand and silt.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently destemmed and softly pressed. The must undergoes cryomaceration for 24 hours, then ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Maceration lasts approximately ten days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for approximately 12 months before bottling.
