About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from 2 hectares in the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba. The vines were planted between 1980 and 2010 at an altitude of 330 metres above sea level, with a northern exposure. The soils are limestone and clay, and yields are 6,000–6,500 kg per hectare.

100% Dolcetto.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation tanks for approximately 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 8 months in stainless-steel tanks.
Technical data
Dolcetto d’Alba DOC. Annual production is approximately 12,000 bottles.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with violet hues. The bouquet is fruit-led, with notes of red fruit, berries and cherries. On the palate, the acidic, tannic and alcoholic components are harmonious, leading to a persistent finish.
