About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vines are 20 years old on average.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand in October, carefully sorted and dried by the appassimento method for four to five months. The must ferments in open vats for 30 days and undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine matures in French oak barrels for 18–24 months, followed by a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.

Tasting profile

Elegant.
