About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown in Veneto, on gentle, sunny hills.

Vinification

The grapes are picked by hand at optimal ripeness. Vinification follows the traditional white-wine method in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting profile

Refreshing and smooth, with lively acidity, a silky texture and bright aromas. Easy-drinking and balanced.

Serving and pairing

Serve chilled. It suits a wide range of dishes and goes especially well with seafood, whose delicate flavours it complements.

Label / history

"Il Gaggio" is a range of classic Italian wines made from popular grape varieties. The name comes from an ancient Roman fortress built during the Byzantine Empire. The fortress still stands and is notable for its well-organized interior and carefully considered design.
