About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Munfrina vineyard near Treiso, at approximately 300–400 m above sea level. Its medium-textured soil is marked by streaks of red sand. The local soil and microclimate contribute particularly pleasant, sweet tannins.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by a short maceration lasting 4–5 days to retain the grape’s aromas and flavours. The wine then undergoes cold settling.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for 6–7 months, followed by one month of bottle rest before release.
Tasting profile
Bright in appearance, with red-berry aromas and particularly pleasant, sweet tannins.
