The fruit comes from hillside vineyards with different exposures, carefully selected by the Pio family.

The grapes are softly pressed. Partial fermentation takes place at cold temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for a few months.
Tasting profile
Honey and richly ripe fruit shape the aromatic profile, accompanied by an appealing fragrance and good structure.
