About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Rabajà is a 3.7-hectare, southwest-facing MGA. Its soils are clay-limestone with sandy veins. The growers named for the 2021 release are Antona, Arossa, Bianco, Casetta, Lembo, Lignana, Manzone, Vacca and Vezza.

Grapes

100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 30°C, followed by 28 days of maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation is completed.

Ageing

The wine matures for 30 months in oak casks and then spends nine months in bottle. The main description identifies casks of 25–50 hl. The 2021 vintage was bottled in May 2025.

Technical data

Production of the 2021 vintage totalled 19,201 bottles and 2,066 magnums. Cellaring potential is 30 years from the vintage.

Tasting profile

Rabajà is defined by equilibrium between elegance and structure. Its vineyard character combines complexity and elegance with intense aromas, fragrant fruit and an enveloping body. The 2021 shows intense, ripe red fruit, balanced tannins and a persistent finish.
