About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in central Sardinia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late autumn. Fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–28 °C, preserving the berry character.
Ageing
The wine matures in large oak barrels for at least six months, followed by approximately 24 months in bottle. This develops balance and delicate toasted notes.
Tasting profile
The lively, layered nose combines fresh berries, flowers, plum and herbs with developed notes of toasted bread, oak and spice. The palate is balanced, with juicy fruit.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with traditional Italian dishes.
