About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards occupy sunny sites south of Lake Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed, and promptly pressed using gentle pressure to preserve their fresh aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks until bottling.

Fresh, with balanced fruit and minerality.
Label / history
Until 2018, the wine was made from Garganega. Its style changed in 2018 while retaining its customary freshness and balance of fruit and minerality. “Ista” means “summer” in the Verona dialect.
