About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Dolcetto grows in three vineyards in the Langhe hills. The vines are 35 years old.

Vinification

The grapes are pressed and then fermented for 12 days in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation follows.

Ageing

The wine ages partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in Slavonian oak barrels. The oak adds distinctive nuances to the aroma and flavour.

Label / history

The wine was previously known as "Tre Vigne", a name that refers to its three vineyards.
