About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Vietti's youngest vineyards in the municipalities of Vho and Monleale.
Grapes
100% Timorasso.
Vinification
The vineyards are harvested manually and sequentially so that each parcel reaches the winery at the desired ripeness. Fermentation takes place without skin contact in stainless-steel tanks at approximately 12–16°C. Malolactic fermentation is avoided.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months on its fine lees in the same stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation.
Tasting profile
Clear straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fresh, floral and citrus-led. The palate is dry, vibrant and savoury, with medium body, pronounced acidity and balanced proportions. Within Vietti's Colli Tortonesi range, it is conceived as the freshest, most immediate Timorasso and the one with the lowest alcohol level.
