About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Irpinia on clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks, with one week of skin maceration.
Ageing
After fermentation, half of the wine ages in used French oak barrels, while the other half remains on the lees in stainless-steel tanks. It is bottled in July.
Label / history
The first vintage was released in 2009.
