About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are dried on wooden racks for around 120 days in well-ventilated rooms. They then undergo low-temperature skin maceration for seven to eight days, followed by fermentation for four to six weeks.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in old Slavonian or Bulgarian oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle before release.
