About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the Veneto area.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine undergoes the Charmat method, with the bubbles produced in pressurised tanks.
