Vineyard and terroir
Tenuta Ca' Bolani is located in Aquileia and has 550 ha of vineyards.
Vinification
The grape juice is filtered and held at 0 °C until fermentation begins. Fermentation follows the Charmat method in 60,000 L stainless-steel tanks, preserving fresh floral and fruity aromas.
Tasting profile
The bubbles are persistent. The nose is elegant and delicate, with fresh floral and fruity aromas. The palate is fresh, easy-drinking and pleasantly fruity.
Label / history
The Zonin family acquired Tenuta Ca' Bolani in 1970 and subsequently restored it. Aquileia has been associated with wine production since the Roman Empire.
