Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand in early September. They remain in contact with their skins for 24 hours before fermenting in new oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 11 months.
Tasting profile
The 2006 is elegant and well structured, with a delicate aroma.

First produced in 1893, the wine was created to compete with Chardonnays of international standing.
