Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit comes from the winery’s hillside vineyards in Conegliano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, cleaned and cold-settled. Part of the must ferments on the lees at a controlled temperature, while the remainder is held at a low temperature.
Ageing
The sparkling wine rests with selected yeasts under strictly controlled temperature conditions.

Suitable as an aperitif and with white meat, fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi and fresh creamy cheeses.
