Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on hills in the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must is cold-stabilized and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18–19 °C. A second fermentation takes place in a sealed tank with added yeast.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine is stored for several weeks.
