About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Müller-Thurgau is grown on high terraces in Trentino, in soils of moraine origin. Summer temperatures do not become excessively hot, while the nights remain very cool.
Vinification
Before pressing, the grapes undergo cold maceration to extract aromatic compounds from the skins. Traditional fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is prevented to preserve the wine’s aromatic character.
