Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 4-5 days; ageing in used French barriques for 24 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: lively ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: elegant red fruit. Palate: warm and very elegant, with a clean violet finish and light but soft tannins.
