Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 4-5 days; ageing in French barriques, 30% new, for 24 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: elegant small red fruits, floral and very fruity. Palate: warm and very elegant, with soft tannins and a violet and dog-rose aftertaste.
