Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenters for 4-5 days; ageing in French barriques, 30% new, for 24 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: lively ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: fruity and floral notes. Palate: warm and elegant, with a finish of rose and flowers.
