Vinification and ageing
Maceration on skins in temperature-controlled rotofermenter for 2 to a maximum of 3 days; maturation in stainless steel for 10 months.
Tasting profile
Colour: dense purple red. Nose: elegant violet and small red fruits. Palate: dry and soft, with light but soft tannins and intense red-fruit flavour.
