About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from low-yielding vineyards in Sardinia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and traditionally vinified, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in French oak barrels for six months.
Label / history
In the local dialect, manzanile means “morning” or “in the mornings”, referring to the time when Sardinians traditionally meet friends for an aperitif. Annual production is around 30,000 bottles.
