About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected plots across Veneto and Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at different times according to ripeness. Maceration takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts at 16–18 °C for 20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by one month in bottle.
