About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from several family-owned vineyards situated in multiple villages. Their different exposures and particularly structured terroirs contribute to the wine’s character.

Dolcetto.
Vinification
Fermentation and a short maceration on the skins take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel until bottling, which usually occurs in March following the harvest.
Tasting profile
Fragrant and spicy, with ripe fruit, a rounded profile, and good body and texture. It is made for a long life.

Serve cool.
