About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from a 0.30 ha vineyard registered for Moscadello, situated at an average altitude of 350 m above sea level. The soils consist of marl and limestone. Planting density is 4,400 vines per hectare, and the vines are trained to spur-pruned cordon at a height of 0.80 m.
Grapes
100% Moscato.
Vinification
The grapes dry naturally on the vine for approximately two months. They then undergo gentle pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in French oak barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barriques.
Technical data
Stated production is 10 hl, corresponding to 2,000 bottles.
Tasting profile
Soft golden yellow in colour. The aroma is expressive, with floral notes. The palate is sweet, pleasantly rounded and marked by a velvety elegance.
