Vino di Anna

Eric Narioo and Anna Martens, who run the family winery, have been making natural wines on Etna for 10 years.

The vineyards are on the northern side of Mount Etna in Sicily, at 760 to 1200 metres above sea level. Soils are varied, decomposed lava. The winery says these mountain vineyards give the wines a clear mineral and aromatic character.

The vineyards are farmed using biodynamic and organic methods.

The wines are made with minimal intervention, using only native yeasts and no chemical additives. They are neither fined nor filtered and contain no sulfites or only very small amounts.
