Grapes
The blend comprises 91% Glera and 9% Pinot Bianco.
Vinification
Half of the grapes undergo initial fermentation at a controlled 18 °C, while the other half is held at 0 °C without fermentation. The two portions are then combined for secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.

Lively, fresh and crisp, with a fruity character.

The Dress Code Collection explores the influence of an additional grape variety on Glera. It comprises three blends—with Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir—identified respectively by white, grey and black editions.
