About this wine
Grapes: 100% Moscato Bianco from native clones preserved through massal selection.
Vinification: approximately 1–2 days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at 12°C. Progressive filtration is used until sterile bottling.
Aging: several months in bottle.
Release: 4–6 months after harvest.
Characteristics: pale golden colour. Intense floral and fruity Moscato aromas. Sweet on the palate, balanced by acidity, with a characteristic finish.
Food pairings: dry pastries, desserts filled with custard or fruit, and ice cream.
Bottle format: 0.75 L.
