About this wine
Grapes: 100% Moscato Bianco from native loose-bunch clones preserved through massal selection.
Vinification: approximately 2 days of skin maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at 14–16°C.
Aging: approximately 18 months in 5–10 hl oak barrels, followed by 12–18 months in bottle.
Release: approximately 3 years after harvest.
Characteristics: deep golden colour. Intense Moscato aromas of acacia honey, apricot, pear and candied fruit, with a very persistent bouquet. Sweet, structured and complex on the palate, balanced by acidity and followed by a characteristic finish.
Food pairings: biscuits, mature or herb-flavoured cheeses, and liver pâté.
Bottle format: 0.5 L.
