Valentina Passalacqua

The winery is based in Gargano, in Puglia.

Native Apulian grape varieties are grown without chemical treatments and without excessive mechanical intervention. Only biodynamic and other biologically based methods are used. These keep production as transparent and environmentally respectful as possible, in step with nature's rhythms.

The cellar follows the same approach as the vineyard, guided by one principle: letting nature express itself with minimal human intervention. Every wine is fermented only with native natural yeasts found in the local environment. Different fermentation vessels are used so that each range can reveal itself as naturally as possible. The ranges are "Valentina," "9 is Enough," and "Calcarius."

The winery describes itself as a natural wine producer. It aims to keep production as transparent and environmentally respectful as possible, to work in step with nature's rhythms, and to let nature express itself with minimal human intervention.
