Enzo Boglietti

History

The original vineyards came from Enzo Boglietti’s grandparents. Matteo Boglietti owned portions of Brunate, Boiolo, Roscaleto and Bricco del Dente. Giovanni Montanaro owned the Fossati farmhouse and vineyard. Before 1991 the grapes were sold locally. In 1991 Enzo began commercial production from about three hectares. The estate has grown to 22 ha and approximately 100,000 bottles.

Terroir

The winery is in La Morra, with vineyards in La Morra, Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga d’Alba, Roddino and Sinio. Vineyard zoning is used to evaluate each site.
