Organic certification is a legal status, not a style: an inspector checks the vineyard and the cellar against EU rules — no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides — and the estate carries a body's code on its label. The bodies behind the wines here are the ones that issued each certificate: ICEA, Suolo e Salute, CCPB, Bioagricert, Valoritalia and others.
